The Wine Box from Cantina Giardino contains the 3 Na-Tu-Re bottles that well represent the range of wines from this interesting and original Irpinian winery. It is, in fact, a reality that produces craft wines made with very simple and ancient winemaking practices, with skin macerations even for white grape varieties or sparkling methods using the ancestral method. The package offers three labels: the “Na” Bianco, the “Tu” Rosato, and the “Re” Rosso, which will allow you to discover and appreciate straightforward and direct wines, a pure expression of the terroir. They are the result of an authentic passion, of a relationship of deep love and respect for their land.

The three bottles from Cantina Giardino that make up the Wine Box are born in an estate located in Ariano Irpino, in the province of Avellino, in an area where the vine has dwelled for millennia. The territory of Irpinia is particularly suited to viticulture. The continental climate, cool and with significant temperature excursions, and the calcareous-clay soils, with deposits of ancient volcanic nature, offer an ideal habitat for the native grape varieties of the area, particularly: Fiano, Greco, and Aglianico. The vines are 40-50 years old and are cultivated at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level. In the countryside, the principles of organic farming are applied. The vinification processes, for both reds and whites, involve skin maceration and the use of terracotta or stoneware containers, which allow for micro-oxygenation without the transfer of woody aromas. The wines are bottled without filtration or clarification, and the use of sulfites is also very low.

The Wine Box Cantina Giardino offers three labels that reflect the philosophy of the winery. The "Na" Bianco is made with a short skin maceration of a couple of days and delivers rich fruity aromas and a broad, saline, and persistent sip. The "Tu" Rosato is an intense version, with a typically gastronomic character, light years away from the model of pale and diaphanous rosés from Provence. The "Re" Rosso is the result of a very simple vinification, with a spontaneous fermentation and a skin maceration of just one week, to extract few tannins and preserve the fruity fragrance.  Labels of great territorial fidelity ideal for discovering a region of great wines.
