The Wine Box from Aurora consists of 3 bottles of Montepulciano Barricadiero, a great territorial red, which originates in the Offida area. The estate extends over more than 30 hectares, of which about ten are dedicated to viticulture, within a natural environment rich in biodiversity. The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 150 meters above sea level, with a sunny exposure facing southwest, on clayey soils with calcareous and sandy components. The management agronomic management is conducted only using sulfur and copper and at the end of the harvest, the grapes are fermented in a spontaneous manner with indigenous yeasts. The wine matures for about 24 months in oak barriques and refines for a few months in the bottle.
