The Vermouth Bianco from the Casa Mariol production reality is crafted from a white wine obtained from the processing of Macabeu grapes grown by the estate in the younger vineyards. The wine is flavored through a skillful maceration process that follows the recipe of the Vaquer family, using over 150 botanicals gathered from the Terra Alta area. Once the flavoring process is completed and after a short resting period on the fine lees, the vermouth is finally bottled in a characteristic one-liter format.
