The Spumante di Ribolla Gialla “Plus” is a rich, lively and expressive sparkling wine, produced according to the Charmato or Martinotti Method with addition of dried grapes must. It has a fresh and fruity profile, with nuances of white fruits, apple and citrus fruits and a pleasant, balanced and easy drinking taste
The Spumante Brut “Plus” is a lively version presented by the Bastianich winery dressed in the guise of “bubbles”. The starting white grapes are indeed processed following the Martinotti Method, resulting in a sparkling wine with a light and drinkable sip, ideal for tasting during aperitif time. A highly versatile label, suitable for anyone who always wants to play it safe.
The “Plus” is a Spumante Brut made from the white grapes used in purity by the Bastianich winery team. The vines are carefully tended to, in order to obtain healthy and ripe bunches. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately transferred to the facilities dedicated to winemaking, where the must, obtained from the gentle pressing of the bunches, is fermented in stainless steel containers, with the addition of a small percentage of passito must from the same grapes; then follows the refermentation in autoclave, according to the production principles of the Martinotti Method.
