The Sole e Vento by Marco De Bartoli is a wine that goes perfectly two large territories, that of the sun and the wind. It represents the highest expression of Grillo and Zibibbo that in the Sole e Vento by Marco De Bartoli blend best representing the two territories from which life takes form and this white wine. Was 1998 when Marco De Bartoli decides that the time has come to produce a wine that is the perfect marriage of the two territories; a blend that best expresses the manufacturing philosophy of the winery Marco De Bartoli, a wine that wants to express the strength, simplicity and purity of the sun and wind. The perfect blend of 30% Grillo and 70% of Zibibbo, harvested, respectively, in the first and second week of September; a wine that gives the structure, the bouquet of aromas and the minerality of two great terroirs of wine production. Great expression and character for the Sole e Vento by Marco De Bartoli that occurs in the glass with a beautiful straw yellow and an intense aromatic bouquet that ranges apricot until the dried and candied fruits. The Sole e Vento by Marco De Bartoli is definitely a white delicate but striking for the aromatic bouquet and the great minerality that is able to offer.
