Franciacorta Extra Brut 'Cuvée Prestige' Ca' del Bosco - 37.5cl
The "Cuvée Prestige" by Ca' del Bosco is a fresh and lively Franciacorta Extra Brut with great aromatic pleasantness, aged for about 25 months on the lees in the bottle. Fruity scents of peach, flowers, citrus fruits blend with notes of bread and toasted almonds: a symbol of Franciacorta!
The Ca' del Bosco Cuvée Prestige is a Champenois Sparkling Wine Franciacorta that does not need any presentation: by now it is a reference of italian Sparkling Wines. Maurizio Zanella was very young, when his mother moved to Erbusco in an house surrounded by a forest of chestnut trees and planted the first vineyard. After a trip to Champagne, bewitched by the bubbles, he decided that the goal of his life will be to produce a wine similar to French one. The Cuvee Prestige is a dream come true! The best grapes of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes are vinified separately and assembled to the reserves of the best years of Cuvee in the alchemy of creation. The result is a balanced sparkling wine, cool, with thin and persistent perlage. A Franciacorta simply perfect for any occasion.
