Alberto Paltrinieri, a graduate in agricultural science with a thesis on Lambrusco, now takes care of the family business, formerly conducted by his grandfather and father. A whole family run, in short, to this winery in Emilia Romagna, which has made the cultivation of Lambrusco di Sorbara a kind of inheritance. From this passion was born even this Lambrusco "Leclisse", a light ruby red colored wine that impresses with its delicate floral hints and for its flamboyant style dry and fruity. The land where they grow all the grapes that give life even to this Lambrusco "Leclisse" plots are unique in the heart of Doc Sorbara, in Cristo, in the strip of land bordered by the rivers Secchia and Panaro. Here we apply a vine-growing plain, as is traditional for Sorbara, of very loose soil, loam, medium texture, where the vigor of the plant enhances the acidity typical of the grape. Paltrinieri in this excellent Lambrusco "Leclisse", combines the ancient recipe of elegant Sorbara, and mineral acid, with an interpretation that enhances the overall flavor profile and texture. Lambrusco "Leclisse" is then vinified with a long Charmant method, which makes it extremely comfortable and stylish.
