Grappa Sarpa Barrique Jacopo Poli arises from centuries of experience in the art of Poli family, the art of grappa distillation that is tipically Italian. The quality of the raw material is crucial and from this awareness comes the choice of using fine pomace of Merlot and Cabernet. As the name itself indicates, that magnificent spirit matures in barrels for four years. The time spent in contact with the wood of French oak gives aromas of exotic fruits, vanilla and licorice. The distillation that is used is a symbol of the great skills of grappa masters: in small lots, a discontinuous copper still provided with steam pots. The simplicity of Grappa Sarpa Barrique is extremely elegant and its being so wrap makes itself a perfect protagonist to make the scene at the end of a meal.
