The Brut Rosé by Enrico Gatti is made from 100% Pinot Nero grapes. The vineyards owned by the Enrico Gatti winery extend over an area of 17 hectares: those dedicated to the cultivation of Pinot Nero for the Franciacorta Rosé are located in the foothill area. Once harvested, the bunches are transported to the winery. Here they are softly pressed and the obtained must is destined for a brief maceration in contact with the skins.
