The Franciacorta Brut "Francesco I" from Uberti is an elegant, soft and fragrant sparkling wine, aged for 36 months on the lees in the bottle. Floral, citrus and bread crust aromas emerge from a profile characterized by good minerality and freshness, vivacity and great class
This Brut by Uberti is a typical example of the great excitement that has marked Franciacorta viticulture in recent years. Born as a forerunner of a range of wines with a strong personality, obtained by means of Metodo Classico, this Brut plays a style strongly characterized and signed by the expert hands of the producer. Uberti family, in fact, descends from generations of wine growers who settled in Erbusco their activities since 1793. The choice of the Uberti to develop their production of wines came in old times, when the Franciacorta could count only on a small number of wineries. Uberti is now a widely renowned reality, which has expanded from the initial 9 hectares of land to the current 26, working with methods of cultivation at a low environmental impact and carrying on by hands all the procedures that characterize the champenoise method. The Brut is the result of this passion and dedication that characterizes the Uberti family: enjoyng a great drinkability and freshness, it is a great companion for any kind of entrées, but it will be appreciated even if drunk throughout the whole meal.
