The Brut Saten Franciacorta Ricci Curbastro is a Lombard sparkling wine that guarantees finesse, persistence, and softness, three qualities not to be underestimated. The Brut Saten Ricci Curbastro is a Franciacorta made from pure Chardonnay grapes, grown near the municipalities of Capriolo and Iseo. After selecting the best grapes from the harvested clusters, the pressing phase follows, from which a must is obtained that ferments for the first time in barrique, resting in wood for 8 months. The refermentation in the bottle occurs following the production principles of the Metodo Classico, and the sparkling wine then remains maturing on the lees for 40 months. At the end of this aging, the winery team proceeds with the disgorging, dosage, and bottling phases.
