
The Champagne "Eclat de nos Terrois" is a Blanc de Noirs made from a blend of Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes. It matures for 3 years in the bottle, presenting a pale golden mantle crossed by chains of fine, persistent bubbles. It smells of white and yellow-fleshed fruit, with distinct hints of citrus and golden apple, floral hints and hints of dried fruit and pastries. The structure is delicate and elegant, with a lovely freshness and a pleasant bitterness on the finish.

This label belongs to the ‘Terroir et Caractère’ line, a selection of Champagnes that express the viticultural potential of the Baye and Talus-Saint-Prix area, the cradle of the cooperative with which the V&G Dupont estate collaborates for vinification.
The Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut V&G Dupont Champagne ‘L’Eclat de Nos Terroirs’ consists of a blend of black grape varieties Pinot Meunier (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%), varieties cultivated in clay and sandy soils according to the principles of organic farming and agroecology. In particular, the grapes mainly come from the municipalities of Baye and Talus-Saint-Prix, in the Côte de Sézanne. For this cuvée, a rigorous selection of the best grapes harvested in the area is carried out, which are then vinified in white with alcoholic fermentation in the absence of the skins. The wine is then blended with a percentage of perpetual reserve wine and the cuvée is bottled and added with liqueur de tirage for the sparkling process according to the Champenoise Method. After 36 months of aging on the lees, the Champagne is finally subjected to degorgement and dosage Extra Brut.
The Champagne V&G Dupont Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut ‘L’Eclat de Nos Terroirs’ is pale golden yellow in color with fine and delicate bubbles. The nose offers fruity fragrances of apple, pear, and citrus that meet floral aromas of wisteria. From the background emerge perceptions of almond and pastry. Vertical and very fresh on the palate, with a dry and pleasantly delicate progression.
