Bollinger's Champagne Blanc de Noirs 'PN TX20' is a great wine from a historic 'maison', a pure Pinot Noir that fully expresses the terroir of the commune of Tauxières. A robust sparkling wine, thanks in part to the clayey soils on which the grapes grow, it matures on the lees more than twice the minimum required by regulations. The nose is broad, exquisitely complex, with white and small red fruits supporting delicate mineral and toasted nuances.
